Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, personalised items, final-sale items and certain intimate goods cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method after inspection. Original express delivery charges and currency conversion fees are generally not refundable.
